Privacy policy

This is a skeleton of the personal data processing policy of DocInspect LLC (api.docinspect.ru). The full legal text will be published before the public launch.

1. Data controller

DocInspect LLC. The TIN and PSRN will be listed in the full version of this document before the public launch. Contact: via the form on the site or Telegram.

2. What we process

• Lead form data: name, phone, email, company, comment.
• Technical data: IP address, browser data, analytics cookies.
• Billing data of API accounts after the dashboard launch.

3. What we do not process

Documents sent to the API are processed statelessly and are not stored. Personal data inside documents is scrubbed before any external LLM call (fail_closed mode).

4. Purposes and legal basis

Responding to requests, providing the service, billing, legal obligations.

5. Retention and deletion

Data is kept for the time required by the purpose and deleted on request.
